There are two online surveys available for employees to provide feedback and insights about motivations, attitudes, morale and more. Depending on your goals, you may benefit by participating in either or both.

CultureTalk for Individuals

A 72-question assessment that measures an individual’s unique beliefs and behaviors. Each person takes their own survey and receives their own report.

CultureTalk for Organizations

A 96-question assessment that measures the shared values of a team. Everyone takes the same survey and results are compiled into a single report.

What are Archetypes?

The CultureTalk Survey System provides a framework for understanding perceptions and behaviors that fuel personal growth and organizational fulfillment. The surveys measure unwritten rules of engagement – the underlying passions, patterns, strengths and values – bringing these to life through 12 Archetypal stories.

With awareness of Archetypes, groups and individuals can begin to understand the impact of their actions on the culture and success of organizations. They can more easily identify the behaviors that enable them to meet goals and create positive outcomes; or, they can highlight concerns and shift away from undesired results.
